The location is fantastic, just steps from Times Square and theaters. Rooms are small and feel cramped. Friendly staff and daily cleaning were a plus. Watch out for added fees; they charge for luggage storage, unlike many hotels.

The room was disappointing with a dated bathroom and unreliable A/C. Yet, the staff were friendly, and the central location was convenient for exploring the city. Improvement is needed, but the clean rooms and prime location were highlights.

The venue was always immaculately clean, had fantastic location and staff. We enjoyed breakfast that was included.

The venue is stunningly beautiful, clean and the location is brilliant short walk to New York as well as Broadway. The staff are courteous, and there is a good lobby to relax in.

i had a wonderful stay at The Paramount! the beds and pillows were so comfy, and the location was fantastic - just a short walk from Times Square. the room was peaceful, even with the vibrant city outside. when we had an issue with the AC, the staff quickly upgraded us to a better room. the decor was exciting, and the modern amenities like charging stations were convenient.

Quite rooms, ideal location, warm breakfast. Staff was fabulous, everything was great. Early check-in too. Location next to a nightclub and shops and restaurants. I came here for 7 nights and had a perfect stay.

Loved the prime location right at Times Square, super handy with plenty of cool spots around. The staff were extremely helpful, swift to change our room when it smelled funky at first. Wish there was a fridge, and had to flush the loo a couple of times, but nothing major. a fab spot to crash after a day of sightseeing and fun. 🌟

High storage fees.

The hotel where I spent the New Year's celebration had a great location, just a few steps from Broadway shows and Times Square. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the pillows and bedding made me feel at home. there was a cafe and bar area that offered great options for breakfast and drinks.

The lighting in the elevator was very dim, making it hard to find and press the right button. the carpet in the room was stained and looked old-fashioned, which contrasted with the modern design of the lobby.

Felt snug, but nothing to complain about.

the staff at the front desk was very helpful when we had a problem with the AC in our room. They quickly sent maintenance to fix it, but we didn't want to stay in the room while they worked on it. the front desk then offered to swap us to a different room, even though they didn't have any available in our price range. They even upgraded us for the inconvenience.

During the checkout rush on Sundays, the elevators experienced long waits, and the line at the checkout desk was quite lengthy. However, this was alleviated on Monday with fewer people checking out.

We had a great stay at a historic hotel in a fabulous location near Times Square. the hotel had a nice lobby with pool tables, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. We were able to check our bags before check-in and after check-out, allowing us to explore the city on both ends of our stay. This service cost $2 per bag at check-out, but it was definitely worth it!

Plus, they were prompt in fixing the AC issue in our room and even upgraded us to a better room. The service was absolutely wonderful, and we'll definitely be coming back on our next visit to NY.
